The Idea of Student Talent came from seeing college students having difficulties finding the right jobs that they want. It seems that regardless of what they are studying, many of them end up with jobs that do not fully utilize their skills and potentials. While there are many major recruitment services in Hong Kong, most focus mainly on the existing workforces.

We have always felt that students in general are a massively neglected market. We realized that Hong Kong needed a place for dedicated to all students to find jobs easily and for all employers to reach a wide range of students.
